China winery architecture #2: Disney-sized chateaux.

This is the second in a series of photographic inside-the-winery tours of China winery architecture.

I call these wineries a Disney-sized emulation of European, especially French, chateaux and wine culture.

Chateau Huadong Parry, Qingdao, Shandong province.

Chateau Huadong-Parry winery Chateau Huadong-Parry is the first chateau in China established by the British wine entrepreneur Michael Parry, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China.

Chateau Dynasty Tianjin, Tianjin.

Dynasty has a mock classical chateau that echoes the Palace of Versailles in Tianjin. The chateau spans 11,000 square meters and features spires, battlements and marble statues that pay tribute to Dionysus, the Greek God of Wine. Also sitting prominently at the front of the property is a glass and metallic structure styled after The Louvre in Paris.
The marble statue of Dionysus, the Greek God of Wine, greets visitors to what might be the Palace at Versailles but is in fact Chateau Dynasty Tianjin.

Sitting prominently at the front of Chateau Dynasty Tianjin is a glass and metal pyramid like similar to the one found at The Louvre in Paris.
